I know everyone loves the days when the sun is shining, gentle breeze, warm air. Such a beautiful day. Don't get me wrong, I do agree those days are gorgeous....but what about the rainy, gloomy, days??? You hardly hear anyone speak about the rainy days unless it's negative.
To me, rain makes me...well, sentimental in a way. The gentle rain drops against the roof makes me feel, cozy? I guess would be the word. The fog wrapping itself around the mountain tops. It's gentle, it's slow. Embrace the slowness.
I love days like today..although, plans for today failed miserably. Still..good day, because of the rain.
